On Friday of the holiday weekend my brakes and a tie rod went on my truck when I was as on my way to pick up my kids down in Rhinebeck for a long weekend. I thought for sure with the holiday that I would be up the creek. I called a friend who said he had a great experience at this facility so I said it can't hurt to try. Well was I pleasantly surprised that I would not only have the truck for the weekend but that day by 1:30 that day. My kids were disappointed when I told them we may have to postpone to another weekend however when I called them back and said the plans were a go I was bavk being the hero. But none of this would have happened without Joe Estvanik and Shawn Haskells help...they picked up the phone and made things happen. I owned a restaurant for 25 years and know that customer service is as important as the product you serve and I would hire these 2 guys to represent me anytime. It was truly a pleasure to deals with professionals who seemed genuinely happy to provide this service. They understood the importance of peoples time and while I was waiting heard them calm down a couple of kids who were forced to wait for their parentsand we re complaining. I cant say enough accept you have a lifr long customer and a great piece of advertising in me cause I will send everyone I know here ...thanks for listening to a long winded customer. Tim Callahan

I have been a customer there for years and years they are always so helpful and have the best prices around.... they always are knowledgeable on anything when it comes to cars ... Joe has Ben there forever and is the best person to speak with , with any problems, I even seen him on a commercial for the tire for tire warehouse .... very helpful........ Bill is very helpful as well ............. Great people great staff clean store ... Definitely recommend going there .........

I bought tires from Tire Warehouse a year ago and noted recently that I was experiencing a bit of minor vibration at higher speeds. I went to TW and the gentleman at the desk looked up my purchase within 30 seconds then explained they would check to see if the tires were all balanced properly. He estimated I would have to wait around 45 minutes. Within 30 minutes I was informed the car was all set. Another young man who did the work on my car informed me the tires required a minor balance correction and that he assured me it was all set. I took it for a ride on the highway and it was terrific. I am sorry I did not get either persons name but wanted to offer a big thank you for very professional service. I have bought my tires here for years and these gentlemen guaranteed I will continue to do so.

Went there for oil change and inspection and check about something leaking from car. Mechanic found where leak was from and actually brought me into shop to show me and explained what it was.and fixed it. Was in and out within a short time and I didn't even have an appointment. Going back next week to get new tires. Bart made a recommendation on which ones to purchase based on my driving pattern and they even have a rebate going on so along with a great price I get even more savings and the "Plate Club" added to savings on the inspection and oil change!

I just wanted to praise employees at your Union st. store,Bart went out of his way to help me choose 4 new tires for my truck and gave me a deal I could not pass up! While the tires were being put on I talked to a tech named Mike about front brakes and an inspection,he was happy to do it all right then. Mike was very professional very knowledgable and I felt like he valued my business. I was very impressed with this shop! I am fussy and your shop has earned my future business. Thank You!
